We take delivery of a new Durst RSC

We had a new bit of kit delivered last Friday in the shape of a newly invented Durst RSC . Being the Beta site for the machine, we were treated to an increased speed of up to 78m/min, an extra green colour, which has been added to existing 7 colours – allowing 92% of the colours in the pantone book to be achieved – and a new print resolution of 1200 dpi.

After we saw the quality and output of this machine we felt we needed to change our old Tau 330 for a second RSC – two presses twice the firepower, both printing the same quality providing us total flexibility.

The photo is of Walter – the Durst engineer (he’s the tall one), and Adam – The Label Makers print manager (er..the shorter one) – no jokes please!
